Space Coast Golf Club, operated by New City Space Coast OPCO LLC ("Space Coast Golf Club", "we", "us", or "our"), is a public golf course in Merritt Island, Florida. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information from golfers and guests who call, text, or submit a form to book a tee time, join a league or membership, book an event, or receive offers from us.
Information you provide directly: Full name, mobile phone number, email address (optional), tee time/membership/lesson/event request details (date, time, party size, player names), SMS consent records and timestamps, and communications you send to us (calls, texts, form submissions).
Information collected automatically: Call and SMS metadata (time, duration, delivery status) when you contact our 24/7 phone line, form submission timestamps and IP address, and booking and tee sheet history from our tee sheet system (GolfNow).
Information from third parties: Historical booking and customer records transferred from our prior tee sheet provider (ForeUp) as part of our operational transition to GolfNow.
Confirm, remind, cancel, or modify tee time and event requests; respond to calls and texts to our golf shop and AI-assisted phone line; send SMS messages, only where you have explicitly opted in; send email or SMS offers such as twilight rates, resident rates, and league or event promotions, only to golfers who have opted in; operate and improve our booking, membership, and event operations; comply with legal obligations.
We may use a hashed, de-identified version of our customer contact list (name, email, and/or phone number, matched against advertising platforms' own hashing tools) to show relevant ads to existing customers on platforms such as Google and Meta, and to find new golfers with similar interests through those platforms' lookalike-audience features. We do not sell, rent, or share your name, phone number, or email address itself with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Golfers may opt out of this use at any time by contacting us at the address in Section 11, and we will suppress that record from future advertising uploads.
This section applies specifically to text messages sent to your mobile phone number under our A2P 10DLC registered campaign.
Consent is required. We send SMS messages only if you have opted in, either by submitting our online opt-in form, or by calling or texting our golf shop to request a tee time and verbally confirming you'd like a text confirmation. SMS consent is separate from any other way you interact with us.
Message frequency. Frequency varies. Golfers who book a tee time may receive a request confirmation, a reminder, and a cancellation/change confirmation for that booking. Golfers who opt in to offers may also receive occasional resident-rate or twilight-rate promotions, no more than about 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent and received. Space Coast Golf Club does not charge a fee for SMS messages.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any SMS message from us to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
Getting help. Reply HELP to any SMS message to receive program details, contact information, and a link to this policy.
Mobile information is not shared. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and SMS message content are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties that receive your mobile information are the technology vendors that operate our phone, texting, and booking systems on our behalf (Section 6), and only to the extent necessary to deliver, monitor, and audit messages and calls.
Supported carriers. SMS support is available on all major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our website and booking pages use cookies and similar tracking technologies. Strictly necessary cookies operate the site, forms, and booking flow and cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use our pages; you can decline these through your browser settings. Advertising cookies, used by platforms such as Google and Meta, help us measure ad performance and reach existing customers as described in Section 4; these do not involve sharing your SMS opt-in status or mobile number with those platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to book a tee time or contact us.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Customer records are stored with encryption at rest in our database (Supabase). Access to booking, contact, and SMS consent records is limited to Space Coast Golf Club staff and the technology vendors listed in Section 6 who need it to operate our booking, phone, and text systems. Call and SMS transport is handled by established telephony infrastructure providers (via HighLevel/Twilio) using industry-standard encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we review our safeguards periodically and update them as our systems and vendors change.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. SMS consent and opt-in records are retained for the lifetime of the program plus 4 years. Booking records are retained for 3 years. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at the address in Section 11, subject to legal retention requirements.
Opt out of marketing: Reply STOP to any SMS message, or contact us to unsubscribe from email. Opt out of advertising list use: Contact us to have your record suppressed from any future advertising list upload (Section 4). Access or deletion: Contact us to request a copy of, or deletion of, the personal information we hold about you.
